Community Support Worker (Term position)
Working within a multidisciplinary health team, the CSW will provide other delegated tasks as assigned by members of the care team / professionals which are client specific and help promote community and family health

Our territory extends from Yale to Langley, BC, where we aim to ensure health and social well-being through various programs, including education, childcare, elderly care, health services, tourism, and resource management.
