EVENT OVERVIEW:

Stó:lō Service Agency is an agency that provides services to First Nations people within the Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Agassiz area. Each year, Stó:lō Service Agency hosts a Children’s Festival to celebrate the young people of our communities. Our goal is to provide families with a fun-filled day while presenting the services and programs Stó:lō Service Agency and our partners provide. We would like to extend an invitation to your agency to attend and promote your services.


EVENT INFORMATION:

  • This is a unique opportunity to share information with up to 1,500 community members and other agencies.
  • The Festival is an outdoor event, which will proceed rain or shine.
  • This year we are going with a theme that will bring our attendees into the Jungle! 

GENERAL EXHIBIT INFORMATION:

Exhibitor Registration Fee Non-Profit Organization: $50 per station.

  •  Each booth will be provided with one table and two chairs.
  •  A lunch will be provided for two exhibitors per station.

Exhibitor Registration Fee For-Profit Organization: $200.00 (For Companies selling products)

  • Each booth will be provided with one table and two chairs.
  • A lunch will be provided for two exhibitors per station.

Exhibitors are encouraged to complete their registration forms as soon as possible.


All exhibitors are responsible for their own materials.

  • Exhibitor Set up – Wednesday July 8, 2020 from 7:30 am – 9:00 am
  • Event – Wednesday July 8, 2020 from 9:30 am – 2:30 pm
  • Strike down – Wednesday July 8, 2020 at 2:30 pm
