What you need to Apply:
IDENTIFICATION:
2 pieces of valid Identification for each Adult (one must have a picture)
1 piece of valid identifcation for each child in the family unit
Acceptable types of identification:
- Status Card
- Birth Certificate
- Original Social Insurance Card
- Drivers License
- BC Services Card
- BC ID
DOCUMENTS TO ATTACH:
- Up to date bank statement (MUST HAVE)
- Employment Income verification form completed (MUST HAVE)
- Pension statement showing monthly payments
- WCB statement showing monthly payments
- Family bonus statement
- Wages/earnings for full month
- For Any income such as honorariums, gambling winnings, Band Distribution ect..
SHELTER DOCUMENTS:
CMHC (Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation):
- Rent and Occupancy form must be completed with all required information
- Rental Agreement showing – Start Date; End Date and Monthly Payment
- Include a Copy of the Agreement
NON CMHC: (private mortgage)
- Copy of bank and mortgage papers showing
- Start date; End Date; and Monthly Payment
RENTAL UNIT:
- Proof of ownership
- Previous month’s rent receipt
- Rental agreement showing Start date; End Date and Monthly Payment
HOUSEHOLD EXPENSES
- Up to date Bills
- Confirmation of Residence for Completed
- Insurance Papers if Required
